No. If you have a tool your team uses, we start there. If you do not, we can configure one client-owned tool as part of a defined Booking Engine build.
No. For jobs that need territory, travel, or service qualification, a preferred-time request with staff confirmation is often a better customer experience.
Those are optional additions when they have a clear job to do. The core Booking Engine uses reliable, approved rules and does not issue a binding job quote.
You own your domain, customer data, and production accounts. We build and manage through delegated access. Monthly care is optional after the included correction period.
