What we collect
When you send the inquiry form, we receive your business name and email address, plus any website URL or phone number you choose to provide. We also receive ordinary technical data needed to operate and protect the form, such as request timing and network information.
How we use it
We use your details to review your inquiry, contact you about your business, and prepare a proposal if appropriate. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information.
How the form is delivered
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our SoFloOnline.com business mailbox through Hostinger and forwarded to a business Gmail inbox for response. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service. Google Fonts supplies the site typography and may receive standard request data when pages load.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, work with you, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to review or remove information that is no longer needed.
